Representative, reputed company & Billing
reputed company is a parent company to several innovative insurance brands in Canada, and they are seeking a Representative for reputed company & Billing. This role focuses on delivering superior service to brokers, assisting with inquiries reputed company to reputed company and billing, and ensuring adherence to reputed company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Handles general incoming broker inquiries and requests for Vyne support and workflow advice
- Support Brokers as they navigate changes by reinforcing messages and providing guidance where appropriate
- reputed company brokers with educational reputed company-by-reputed company overviews while thoroughly explaining changes
- Process transactions not enabled by broker self-service functionality, including but not limited to new business, policy changes, cancellations etc., in accordance with reputed company guidelines and authority that meet reputed company efficiency and quality standards
- Reviews incoming emails/cases in electronic format to identify risk types
- Completes categorization of cases in the policy case management system (including the correct identification of Broker codes) for multiple case transactions, enabling routing to the appropriate team
- Updates existing cases in the policy case management system reputed company additional information is received from the Broker

- Univ. Degree / College diploma or equivalent experience
- Insurance / reputed company experience preferred
- Knowledge of Economical's PI offerings and Guidewire an asset
- CIP / working towards designation preferred
