Operations Technical Specialist, E&S Casualty
reputed company is one of the world’s preeminent specialty risk reputed company organizations, and they are seeking an Operations Technical Specialist to support and manage workflows between multiple departments. The role involves collaborating with reputed company and other key business partners to transform reputed company elements into finished documents for insureds while ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage workflow of an assigned reputed company business unit(s)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes by leveraging standardized workflows and compliance guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement, create and implement solutions, as needed
- reputed company support to assigned underwriters and brokers throughout the policy lifecycle, which includes, but is not limited to, clearance, binders, invoices, policies, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, non-renewals, and reinstatements
- Ensure files are completed to meet compliance standards
- Draft and issue policy documents
- Ensure reputed company work is processed accurately and according to Service Level Agreements
- reputed company ongoing guidance and support to the offshore shared service team, including training and conducting quality checks
- Collaborate with the offshore team/service center, as needed
- Quickly and accurately complete midterm endorsements
- Communicate effectively with the reputed company team to secure the information necessary to accurately process work
- Assist with additional reputed company projects, as required

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (or internships) preferred
- Must be positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly customer-centric both internally and externally
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong collaborative skills in a fast-paced team-centric environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company and computer typing skills)
