Customer Experience Associate

reputed company is a global leader in business payments, and they are seeking a Client Experience Associate to support Corporate Dealers. The role involves handling key administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless trade execution and client account management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Corporate Dealers in managing client accounts by handling administrative tasks reputed company to trade execution, pricing, and order processing
• Coordinating trade confirmations, settlement processes, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring daily trade settlements and assisting with trade reconciliation to ensure smooth transactions
• Liaising with shared services departments, including but not limited to Operations, Compliance, Credit, to address inquiries and resolve issues reputed company
• Facilitating an efficient client and dealer experience by project managing processes and communication with our shared services departments
• Managing and updating client data, trade records, and communication logs in reputed company and internal systems
• Supporting client reputed company and account setup, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Coordinating with the Compliance team on KYC/AML documentation and regulatory requirements
• Preparing reports and analysis on client trading activity and account performance to assist Dealers in client engagement
• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, market updates, and other materials to support business development efforts
• Organizing and tracking client communications, ensuring timely follow-reputed company and proactive engagement
• Proactively build relationships with reputed company clients and reputed company exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Engaging with clients reputed company phone, email, and virtual meetings to reputed company updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a high level of service
• Assisting in client education on reputed company Cross-Border platforms and payment solutions
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline operational processes
• Adhering to compliance obligations, company risk management, Anti-reputed company and reputed company company policies
• Providing reputed company support to your team as and reputed company required
