The Customer Support Specialist I serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers, providing assistance and troubleshooting to help them succeed on the SQUIRE platform.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical and account-reputed company issues
  • Escalate reputed company cases to Tier II or other departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
