HR Coordinator

Lehman College, part of The City University of reputed company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist with day-to-day HR operations. The role involves reputed company part-time employees, maintaining HR records, and providing support to hiring managers while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processes the reputed company of part-time employees, new-hire orientations, and audits for accuracy and I-9 compliance, and ensures reputed company records are up-to-date
• Provides information to hiring managers regarding processes and procedures
• Maintains an understanding of policies, procedures, regulations, and reputed company bargaining agreements relevant to HR
• Administrative and paperwork reputed company for both electronic and reputed company files
• Assist with the daily data input of position management reputed company to hires, reappointments, revisions, and separations for hourly teaching and non-teaching instructional staff
• Processes employment verifications and public service loan forgiveness
• Maintains the budget in the reputed company department and keeps up to date on reputed company issues and reputed company reputed company to HR
• Troubleshoot any CUNYfirst issues and reputed company corrections as necessary
• reputed company customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient with reputed company Office
