Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with a sales-driven reputed company to grow referral relationships and expand our reputed company in the reputed company community. This is a field-based, reputed company sales role focused on building strong relationships with physician offices, clinical teams, and reputed company providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales visits to physician offices and reputed company providers
• Promote company services, benefits, and value to referral sources
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual referral goals

• Track reputed company activities, referrals, and market trends using internal systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor�s degree or equivalent sales experience
• 2+ years of sales, business development, or marketing experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based / reputed company sales environment
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of reputed company environments, medical services, or provider-facing roles
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation
