Senior Manager, Account Technical Strategist

• Establishes key elements of tactical and operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the sub-function.
• Focus is on short-to mid-term operational plans (e.g., 1-2 years).
• Develops new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the job function strategy.
• May have budget accountability.
• Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area.
• Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
• Problems are difficult and moderately reputed company.
• Problems typically impact multiple departments or specialties.
• Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
• Communicates with parties reputed company and reputed company of own job function, which may include external customers or vendors depending upon the job function.
• Requires ability to influence others reputed company of own job area on policies, practices and procedures.
