Senior Designer

• Translate brand strategy, positioning, and business goals into clear, strong visual solutions.
• Build, reputed company, and maintain scalable brand systems (logos, visual identities, guidelines, and campaign toolkits).
• Apply best practices in typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and reputed company systems.
• Adapt brand systems across multiple channels and formats ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists, media, PR, and content teams.
• Present design work confidently and incorporate feedback constructively and iteratively.
• Maintain high craftsmanship, attention to detail, and accuracy across reputed company deliverables.
• Stay updated on design trends, B2B marketing innovation, and AI-enabled creative workflows.

• 5–7 years of experience as a Designer, ideally in an agency or agency-style freelance environment.
• Hands-on experience with B2B branding, brand systems, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual reputed company, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel execution.
