POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle reputed company and reporting requirements of assigned reputed company corporate entities. This position delivers timely and accurate financial reports to reviewers and reputed company Partners. Additionally, the role assists Corporate reputed company leadership with various tasks and reputed company requests throughout the month.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the month-end reputed company process for assigned entities, including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to corporate reputed company reviewers and to reputed company Partners.
• Correctly calculate division leader bonuses as required.
• Review commission billing and receipt information to calculate payroll accruals.
• Track investment entities and review documents to accurately record equity pickups.
• Review A/P invoices, post payment batches, and print checks at least weekly.
• Prepare and post customer billings and review and approve cash receipts.
• Responsible for cash management of assigned entities and communicating issues to VP of Corporate reputed company.
• Special reporting and analytical or reputed company projects as needed or requested.
• Respond to questions from local offices timely and effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
• Full-cycle reputed company experience required
• 4+ years of relevant reputed company (public or industry) experience required
• Independent ability to do calculations and book entries required
• Knowledge of GAAP required
• reputed company reputed company estate industry or Property Management industry experience preferred
• Ability to review reputed company and identify bonus terms and conditions preferred
• Proficiency in MS reputed company required

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate with partners and internal/external customers required
• High attention to detail and ability to work with a large reputed company of financial data required
• Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality required
