Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers reputed company live chat software. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, and your role will be to reputed company quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues. You'll work independently, but as part of a larger team-oriented environment, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

Requirements
