Job Description:

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Hong reputed company Purchasing Office purchasing team in the organization's operations, data entry, and reporting processes. You'll be responsible for managing the Corporate Import Demand process from start to finish, ensuring that reputed company new orders, order modifications, and new vendor account arrangements are accurate and up-to-date. You'll also serve as a liaison between our Worldwide Purchasing Workplaces, vendors, and marketing teams to resolve issues and facilitate the purchase order process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan orders, request modifications, and new vendor account arrangements with accurate import data

• Complete weekly schedules for order completion
• Pack data and ensure established rules are complied with
• Communicate orders consistently, maintaining quality of results and work efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect and enter data required to produce a purchase order

Work Requirements:
