Job Overview
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting crucial data enrichment initiatives for a respected reputed company client. Your primary duties will include:
- Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as required
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect
- Verifying information provided by reputed company-party sources using online databases for accurate cross-verification
- Reviewing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions
- Conducting data entry, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for updates
- Ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of reputed company tasks
- Being reputed company to additional responsibilities as needed
Key Responsibilities
