About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Engagement Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project reputed company, and driving process improvements that enhance customer value. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple projects while delivering exceptional client service.

This role reports to reputed company’s Head of Engagement Management and reputed company compensation may land between $90,000-$130,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are met by proactively addressing concerns and providing strategic guidance.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables reputed company to stakeholders.

Project Coordination

  • reputed company project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with client priorities and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in reputed company, Engagement Management, or consulting, ideally supporting reputed company reputed company customers
  • Experience owning customer relationships in a SaaS startup environment
  • Proven ability driving customer engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights, product knowledge, and reputed company industry expertise
  • Demonstrated reputed company identifying solutions, improving existing client strategies, and driving change in reputed company, fast-moving environments
  • Problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication, executive reputed company, and negotiation skills — confident in engaging at the C-Suite level
