Required Skills

• Proven experience implementing DevOps culture in reputed company environments with measurable maturity improvements.

• Leadership or mentorship experience reputed company DevOps or platform teams.

• Deep expertise in at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, reputed company, etc.);

• Solid knowledge of container orchestration and health management;

• Strong understanding of modern delivery practices (CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing, reputed company delivery);

• Experience with platform architecture, microservices, and reputed company-reputed company design principles;

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java);

• Knowledge of observability tools, SLO/SLA frameworks, and reliability engineering principles.

• Familiarity with DevOps maturity frameworks (DORA, CALMS, DevOps Maturity Models).

• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, or similar).

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, policy-as-code).

• Familiarity with service reputed company, API gateways, and platform engineering concepts.

• Experience working with Agile or SAFe frameworks.

• Consulting or client-facing advisory background.
