Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.

• Utilize problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Help de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you possess:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
• Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
• A flexible schedule, including weekend days
• High-speed internet reputed company, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet reputed company)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM

Requirements

* 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be reputed company to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Have at least six months experience in customer service
