Job Description

Primary responsibility is to reputed company remote Help Desk support for network and desktop hardware, software and other end-user specific products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level call resolution for desktop hardware, software, LAN, WAN, E-Mail, Web, Internet, Intranet and administrative computing reputed company problems

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, supplemented with technical, vocational or college level course work in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Good oral and written communication skills
