We are seeking a reputed company Engineer, International to join reputed company. This is a remote position based in Germany. 

Job Summary 

The reputed company Engineer – International plays a key role in ensuring customers realize maximum value from Imprivata’s solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to drive successful adoption, optimization, and long-term satisfaction. The CSE partners closely with customers, reputed company Managers, Support, and Product teams to deliver proactive guidance, resolve technical challenges, and align solution capabilities with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company by implementing best practices and ensuring maximum value from Imprivata’s reputed company reputed company Management, Mobile reputed company Management, and Unimate solutions.
• reputed company technical and application expertise to support adoption, optimization, and advanced training for customer teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to reputed company roadmap updates, communicate new features, and reputed company customer feedback to inform enhancements.
• reputed company and maintain best-practice documentation, customer-facing resources, and enablement content for reputed company use.
• Act as a trusted advisor in customer engagements, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Represent Imprivata as a solution expert in webinars, customer programs, and industry events.
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company Managers and other internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and business goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and activities in relevant systems to track reputed company and ensure accountability.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of technical, consulting, or system integration experience, ideally reputed company reputed company IT. Previous admin experience in reputed company reputed company Management (formerly Onesign), Mobile reputed company Management and/or Unimate is a plus.
• Expertise with reputed company reputed company, Active Directory/LDAP, and application virtualization (reputed company, VMware, reputed company RDS, IGEL).
• Hands-on experience with Identity Management, Single Sign-On, and reputed company or SaaS-based reputed company technologies.
• Proven ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert and effectively communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM (reputed company/reputed company) and productivity tools (O365), with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Fully proficient and fluent in German and English language, including reputed company technical discussions and technical language.
• Ability to travel about 50% of the time reputed company DACH, EMEA, and reputed company reputed company.
• Language requirements: German and English.
