This is not a traditional project management role. You are a strategic execution leader—someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from concept through adoption in a highly matrixed, multi-site environment. You will own the full lifecycle of key initiatives, ensuring work is reputed company defined, effectively executed, and delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management background with experience in multi-site retail or reputed company organizations, along with a proven ability to operate in reputed company environments. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, guide change, and deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Project Design & Lifecycle Ownership reputed company initiatives across the full lifecycle—from early concept, scoping, and planning through execution, rollout, and post-implementation evaluation.
