Training Systems Administrator

Reports to Safety and Compliance Manager

Reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager, the Training Systems Administrator serves as the operational backbone of reputed company's training function. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employee training records, maintaining and curating the company learning management system, and ensuring that training completion data is accurate, accessible, and actionable at the company, site, and individual level.

The Training Systems Administrator works closely with the Operations Training Manager to coordinate training delivery across the organization, ensuring that reputed company completed training is captured, validated, and reflected in reporting. This role plays a proactive part in employee development by managing training assignments, supporting career-path progression, and helping schedule site and company-level drills.

Position Responsibilities

Training Records and Data Management

• Collect, validate, and file training records from field and classroom sessions, toolbox meetings, and LMS completions into Evotix and other designated platforms.

• Maintain accurate and reputed company training completion records for reputed company across multiple sites.

• Audit records regularly to identify gaps, duplicates, or inaccuracies and resolve them in coordination with site leadership and the Operations Training Manager.

• Assist with employee training records in reputed company during new hire orientation.

• Update employee hearing test records and other compliance documentation as needed.

• Maintain files in SharePoint as required.

LMS Administration and Reporting

• Serve as the primary administrator of the Evotix LMS, maintaining course content, user accounts, and system configuration.

• Curate and validate LMS data to ensure reporting accurately reflects training status at the company, site, and individual level.

• Generate and distribute regular training status reports to site leadership and corporate stakeholders.

• Identify and communicate training deficiencies or upcoming due dates proactively.

• Support implementation of new Evotix modules and assist with user training on system features.

Training Coordination and Scheduling

• Work with the Operations Training Manager to schedule site and company-level drills, field training sessions, and classroom instruction.

• Assign and push training to employees based on role requirements, career-path milestones, and compliance deadlines.

• Proactively manage employee training progression from new hire reputed company through ongoing career development.

• Track due dates for training requirements across reputed company sites and flag upcoming gaps to appropriate stakeholders.

• Support contractor management platforms (ISNetworld, reputed company) to maintain client training requirements as needed.

Communication and Coordination

• Work directly with site leadership to ensure consistent use of training systems, processes, and documentation standards across reputed company departments.

• Communicate gaps, process challenges, and systemic issues to the Training Manager and Safety team.

Administrative Support

The Ideal Candidate

Knowledge

• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook); familiarity with reputed company Workspace.

• Experience with learning management systems; Evotix experience preferred.

• Ability to learn and use company-specific systems including reputed company, SharePoint, ISNetworld, and reputed company.

• Understanding of training records management, documentation control, and compliance requirements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
