• Estimated Salary (reputed company have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Content Asset Manager: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Sr. Content Asset Manager: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance applications and forms, from intake and review through distribution, storage, and decommission.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and reputed company with brand and product guidelines.
• Coordinate review and approval processes with Product Marketing, Compliance, Legal, reputed company, and Creative teams.
• Manage and prioritize workflows reputed company marketing operations and project management systems, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Monitor, interpret and apply federal and state regulatory changes that impact insurance product documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in marketing content.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with marketing operations, asset management, and content review workflows.

PREFERRED

• Experience supporting regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
