We are seeking a strategic and proactive Global Sales Training & Development Specialist to reputed company and standardize the Sales Training reputed company for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and E-Scooters across global markets, including Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving training reputed company, enhancing dealer service quality, and fostering a strong learning culture through structured programs reputed company learning systems. Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Automotive Engineering, or a reputed company field.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training, dealer training management, or learning & development (automotive or EV industry preferred).

• Proven experience in building training frameworks, designing learning programs, and managing LMS platforms.

• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
