Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for reputed company stakeholders. Work Schedule
