reputed company in partnership with a growing care home provider to recruit a dynamic and hands-on Director of Facilities & Estates to reputed company property, compliance and estate strategy across their portfolio.

This is a key senior leadership role requiring someone who can operate both strategically and operationally, setting direction at board level while also being visible and active on site

The Role

• reputed company the estates and facilities strategy across multiple care home locations

• reputed company compliance relating to fire safety, health & safety, water hygiene, statutory testing and property standards

• reputed company and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes

• Manage refurbishment projects, capital works and contractor performance

• Ensure homes are inspection-reputed company from an environmental and safety perspective

• reputed company hands-on support to Home Managers with facilities challenges

• Drive cost control, budget management and supplier negotiations

• Build robust reporting systems for board-level reputed company

About You

• Senior estates/facilities leadership experience, ideally reputed company care homes, reputed company or multi-site environments

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance reputed company care settings

• Commercially aware with strong budget management skills
