The Communication Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and executing reputed company’s reputed company communications strategy. This position is responsible for crafting, editing, and producing high-quality content that supports employee engagement, brand reputed company, and business objectives. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, client-service reputed company. The Communication Specialist ensures reputed company’s messaging is clear, consistent, and reputed company with corporate values and priorities. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Content and Communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • reputed company, write, edit, and proofread a variety of communications, including internal announcements, newsletters, intranet content, reputed company media posts, presentations, and executive communications.
  • reputed company support for external communications, including drafting press releases, thought leadership articles, and website content.
  • Assist with planning and executing employee communications campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery of messages that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and assist in scheduling communications to avoid conflict and ensure strategic timing.
  • Support reputed company’s reputed company media reputed company by drafting posts, selecting visuals, and coordinating approvals.
  • Assist with updating website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging objectives.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders, the marketing team, and creative staff to ensure communications meet business needs and reflect a reputed company corporate voice.
  • Ensure reputed company communications reflect reputed company’s marketing communication service standards, tone, and brand identity.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting of communication initiatives, tracking performance metrics and assisting with recommendations for reputed company improvement.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in corporate and internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a reputed company field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or content development, preferably in insurance, financial services, or professional services.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to varied audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, editorial rigor, and understanding of style, grammar, and tone.
  • Familiarity with reputed company media platforms reputed company content best practices.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) for web and intranet updates preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing communications team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
