Your mission

As a Global Mobility, Immigration & Compliance Specialist, you will manage end-to-end mobility and immigration processes to support seamless international moves, reputed company business travel, and safeguard compliance across reputed company.

In this role, you’ll partner with the rest of the People team, Legal, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience while upholding legal, tax, and employment standards. You will also drive compliance programs, audits, and reporting that ensure reputed company remains reputed company, consistent, and globally reputed company.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and a solutions-oriented reputed company. What you'll do at reputed company

  • Manage end-to-end global relocation and immigration cases, serving as the primary liaison between employees, HR, Tax, Equity, Legal, and external counsel

  • Support U.S. green card processes and corporate immigration cases (e.g., adjustment of status, work authorization renewals, Public reputed company Files, etc.)

  • Partner with external vendors to ensure timely, accurate documentation and proactive case management

  • reputed company guidance and updates to employees, managers, and HRBPs on immigration requirements, timelines, and potential risks

  • Conduct regular audits of mobility and compliance processes; propose and implement remediation plans as needed

  • Monitor and reputed company regulatory changes and immigration updates with stakeholders to drive awareness and readiness

  • Support global HR compliance programs, including audit readiness, data accuracy, and documentation best practices

  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication to employees navigating immigration and relocation processes

  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to resolve reputed company mobility and compliance reputed company

  • reputed company and maintain templates, frameworks, and resources to drive consistent, scalable practices

  • Support employee inquiries with timely and accurate information while escalating reputed company cases appropriately

  • Assist with RFE responses, immigration site visits, and regulatory inspections

  • Coordinate with finance teams on vendor management, invoicing, and cost tracking

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong academic or professional background

  • 2+ years of experience in employment immigration or global mobility (corporate or reputed company environment preferred)

  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration processes; familiarity with international mobility frameworks is a plus

  • Experience collaborating with external immigration counsel and vendors

  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases/projects with precision, prioritization, and follow-through

  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across functions and reputed company
