Job Description:The Senior Event Services Manager is responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of reputed company meetings, events, and reputed company functions at Raffles Sentosa Singapore. This role ensures that every event reflects the legendary Raffles service standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and reputed company.
As a senior leader reputed company the events function, this position partners closely with Sales, Banqueting, Operations, Culinary, and Guest Experience teams to ensure flawless delivery from initial planning through post-event follow-up.
What you will be DOING

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal operational teams.

- Build trusted relationships with clients, planners, wedding couples, and VIP guests.

- Ensure post-event reviews, client feedback, and reputed company service enhancements.

- Monitor event revenues, budgets, and operational expenses.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or reputed company discipline preferred.
