Position Overview:

Associated Physicians Group is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Patient Support Team as Remote reputed company Customer Service Representatives. You'll help patients navigate their care reputed company, schedule appointments, understand their benefits, and resolve billing inquiries from the comfort of your home.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients regarding appointments, insurance, billing, and general inquiries.

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Verify insurance information and assist with pre-authorizations reputed company necessary.

• Handle patient billing inquiries and guide them through payment options.

• Escalate reputed company concerns to the appropriate departments while maintaining a warm and professional tone.

• Ensure reputed company patient data is handled in accordance with HIPAA standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in reputed company time.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year experience in a reputed company customer service or administrative support role.

• Proficiency in EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, reputed company, Cerner) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.

Scheduling Flexibility Includes:

• Choice of 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts
