This job is remote, but a local candidate is needed due to onsite training.

Job Summary:

Provides advanced nursing practice in diabetes care through clinical practice, education, consultation and research. Provides outpatient diabetes care and education, participates in diabetes program development and community reputed company. Provides nursing, resource, and consultant services, as needed to reputed company and maintain quality diabetes care. Other duties as assigned. 

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 

A minimum of 1 year of patient care experience as an RN is required. A minimum of 1 year of diabetes reputed company patient care experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: 

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. If hired prior to December 6th, 1981 the BSN requirement is waived and an ADN or nursing diploma required.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: 

reputed company state of WI Registered Nurse license or reputed company license from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Registered by the American Association of Diabetes Educators as a Certified Diabetes Educator required or obtained reputed company 3 years of hire. reputed company (AHA) Basic Life Support for the reputed company Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required reputed company 90 days of hire.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $36.38 - $56.39. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
