Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client issues by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from our 850+ PerkSpot clients
- Prioritize multiple incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact
- Escalate reputed company client issues appropriately by providing an initial assessment and recommended approach
- Report on key performance metrics, including First Response Time and Time to Resolution
- Drive new user growth by coordinating program re-launches, promoting census file uploads, and ensuring client compliance
- Conduct strategic reputed company to high‑potential accounts to support engagement and growth opportunities

- Manage incoming offer leads from clients seeking local partnerships
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service role
- Experience managing and addressing several reputed company service inquiries at once
