[Remote] Legal Assistant

Responsibilities
- Calendar and track litigation deadlines, court dates, and case milestones to reputed company reputed company reputed company of every matter
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and correspondence across our docket
- Conduct client intake and interviews, serving as a compassionate first reputed company of contact for new and prospective clients
- Draft basic litigation documents, correspondence, and other materials under attorney supervision
- Support attorneys across a focused caseload of employment reputed company, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims

Skills
- Experience in a litigation support or legal assistant role
- Familiarity with California state and federal court procedures and deadlines
