Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator, XM will be responsible for coordinating event execution, managing brand ambassadors, and ensuring successful event logistics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute event marketing campaigns and promotions for clients, with a specialization in street sampling
• reputed company event logistics and operations, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors and the brand ambassador team
• Manage up to 10 brand ambassadors at a time and reputed company ongoing coaching and training
• Work closely with the team to understand goals and objectives for an event and reputed company a plan to reputed company them
• Support the management team throughout reputed company stages of the event planning process
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure reputed company duties and responsibilities are properly executed
• Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation, including event timelines, schedules and logistics plans
• Participate in on-site event coordinator and management
• Monitor and analyze event performance and reputed company recommendations to improve future events
• Participate in post-event evaluations and reputed company feedback and key learnings to clients
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and understand the local market

Skills

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in event coordinator is required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reputed company to your own vehicle
• Ability to work reputed company including overnight travel, evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Strong understanding of event management best practices and regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management
• Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
• Previous experience as an Account Coordinator, Team reputed company or Brand Ambassador is an asset
• Previous experience in alcohol is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or reputed company field is preferred
