The role involves making outbound calls, educating agents about offerings, and driving policy submissions through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.

Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls to reputed company and motivate insurance professionals to sell reputed company risk
• Communicate US Assure’s offerings, including resources, programs, eligibility, key product features, value propositions and benefits of doing business
• Approach calls with optimism and professionalism, viewing each as a new opportunity to create a quality relationship that builds long-term engagement and achieves closing objectives
• Adhere to best practices, reputed company techniques and workflow processes specific to each campaign
• Meet individual and team goals for calls made, quality standards and KPIs that drive our efforts
• Professionally respond to inquiries and requests from agents reputed company email
• Proactively collaborate and reputed company insights, feedback and learnings with the team

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-centered field, including sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, reputed company or reputed company specialty
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• A consistently positive, collaborative, can-do attitude with high energy and enthusiasm in a repetitive, metrics driven environment
• Ability to maintain motivation, focus and emotional reputed company by keeping perspective and staying solution oriented throughout the day
• Strong phone‐qualifying and prospecting skills, and ability to professionally overcome objections
