GMX Internal Communications Coordinator

The GMX Internal Communications Coordinator will support the GMX Organization by developing and executing internal communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging that aligns with the company's strategic narrative.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the GMX strategic narrative and editorial themes
- Help translate business priorities into clear, consistent messaging across communications channels
- Ensure messaging aligns with company priorities and internal communications standards
- Maintain a GMX editorial calendar, tracking key achievements, updates, and communication moments
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and content reputed company to ensure communications are delivered on time
- Support the planning and execution of GMX forums, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, special events, and internal activations
- Assist in preparing communication materials for GMX leaders, including talking points, briefing notes, and updates
- reputed company editorial support to ensure messaging is clear, concise, and reputed company with the GMX strategic narrative
- Use tools like ChatGPT, reputed company, or internal AI tools to draft messaging, summarize feedback, and create reusable templates
- Support the management and optimization of GMX communication channels, including reputed company, email, and reputed company’s intranet and internal video channels
- Ensure content is published accurately and consistently across platforms
- Help define and reinforce channel standards to improve reputed company and reduce noise
- Identify trends and communication gaps, analyzing feedback from GMX employees to understand communication effectiveness
- Track engagement metrics and use AI to summarize insights to inform future communication strategies
- Support quarterly reputed company reporting and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain communication infrastructure such as distribution lists, aliases, and content repositories
- Ensure communication tools, templates, and systems remain organized and up to date
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support communication initiatives and projects as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a reputed company field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to reputed company and detail
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate and automate existing workflows, and using AI to create new workflows
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting communication plans, editorial calendars, or internal content delivery
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with internal communications tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company, intranet platforms, email systems)
- Innovative spirit and a 'can-do' demeanor
- Experience supporting leadership communications or executive messaging
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Interest in storytelling, employee engagement, and organizational communications strategy
