The Client reputed company Associate role involves engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality reputed company experience for new accounts, while maintaining documentation and tracking reputed company throughout the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the VP, Business Operations and reputed company in coordinating the reputed company of new Americas accounts, both Separately Managed Accounts and Fund Participants
• Track committed but not yet funded business, ensuring key milestones, timelines, and next steps are reputed company documented and communicated
• Serve as a reputed company of contact during the reputed company phase, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients through meeting coordination, communications, and follow-reputed company
• Prepare reputed company materials, process documentation, and system setups (e.g., reputed company, contract management tools, reputed company platforms, reporting)
• Help ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality client communications throughout the reputed company process
• Maintain accurate reputed company milestones and client data reputed company reputed company and reputed company reporting tools
• Document reputed company workflows, best practices, and client-specific requirements to support internal alignment and knowledge sharing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
• 1-5 years of experience in financial services client reputed company, account implementation, or client service functions reputed company an asset management or financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Word and reputed company with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate information reputed company; Familiarity with reputed company platforms and internal reporting systems
