[Remote] Contract Specialist, Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. As a Contract Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a team to generate, distribute, and audit retail transactions while ensuring compliance with credit requirements and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Be available reputed company phone and email to assist vendor partners, end users and Sales with any inquiries
• Maintain positive relationships while assisting with documentation, transactions and policies
• Ensure that reputed company transactions are properly executed at the client level, enforceable and binding to the corporation
• Liaise with insurance brokers to effect coverage satisfactory to DLL
• Exercise adherence to credit authorizations, pricing, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of documentation while meeting customer expected disbursement timing commitments
• Responsible for the booking process and the funding of each invoice reputed company each transaction
• Audit review and follow up on deficient transactions
• Responsible for file preparation for imaging
• Accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
• reputed company and maintain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers, and co-workers in support of the overall sales effort
• Complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team
