This role involves managing contractor vetting, compliance, and lender communication, ensuring operational compliance and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Vet contractors and assess fraud risks
• Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and monitor reputed company
• Manage reputed company cases to support business expansion
• Conduct recurring compliance audits including licenses and documentation
• Communicate with lenders to clarify or obtain missing submission details
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed company or Operations
• Proficiency with reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail and risk identification
• Knowledge of the Lending industry is a plus
