Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and finding solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
- Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management and reporting on customer concerns.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls and ensuring that reputed company issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus.
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations.
