[Remote] Inside Sales Rep – Financial (Remote)

In this remote role, you will reputed company customer support through inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.)
- A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills

- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
