AI Developer Associate

They are seeking a highly motivated Developer Associate to join the SuccessFactors Tools & Process Team, where the role involves designing and developing AI-driven solutions and improving developer productivity across multiple business lines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and support AI-driven use cases and prototypes (e.g., intelligent search, automation, analytics, and insights) for HCM Product & Engineering and COO teams
- Build AI agents, MCP servers, and applications for process and workflow automation, improving developer workflow productivity and developer experience
- Build integrations across reputed company tools (Jira, Aha!, reputed company, SharePoint) using APIs, connectors, multi-tool AI agents, and middleware frameworks
- Design and implement automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce reputed company effort across teams
- reputed company AI/LLM-based applications and agents leveraging reputed company AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure reputed company, reputed company, Claude Code, and reputed company Copilot)
- Improve Developer Experience (DevEx) by enhancing workflows, tooling, and CI/CD or automation capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver scalable implementations
- Maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and best practices to support long-term scalability
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience (or strong academic/internship experience) in software development or AI-driven automation
- Experience with AI frameworks, reputed company engineering, or building AI copilots/agents
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java
- Experience working with APIs, REST services, and system integrations
- Experience with developing RAG applications, data vectorization, and working with reputed company
- Experience in AI tools like Claude Code, reputed company, reputed company Copilot
- Familiarity with reputed company tools such as Jira, reputed company, Aha!, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or LLM-based applications
- Knowledge of reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, or reputed company BTP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling improvements
- Experience with data processing, analytics, or dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product engineering environments
