[Remote] Loan Processing Assistant

The Loan Processing Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting Loan Processors with daily tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provides first level review and action taken on incoming mortgage loan applications; effectively leverages reporting to manage and prioritize daily tasks
- Ascertains information from files independently to reputed company service orders from reputed company party vendors reputed company service level agreements
- Reviews residential reputed company estate reputed company and enters data with a high level of accuracy and speed; reviews documents and categorizes reputed company system of record
- Reviews and initiates Automated reputed company Systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor as needed
- Follows up on reputed company services ordered reputed company a timely manner and capturing those efforts/results reputed company the system of record
- Communicates with Processing staff, internal customers (Loan Consultants), and external customers (3rd party vendors) reputed company service level agreements as needed
- Proficiently utilizes technology and updates reputed company information appropriately and accurately in the system of record
- Issues redisclosures that are compliant reputed company agency, federal/state, and company guidelines and regulations, reputed company business need dictates
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Minimum one (1) year mortgage industry or loan processing assistant experience required
