Ecommerce Analyst
Madewell is a company that creates premium denim and foundational wardrobe pieces, emphasizing quality and sustainability. The Ecommerce Analyst will support the Digital Strategy & Analytics Manager by providing reporting, analysis, and strategy for Madewell’s ecommerce business, working collaboratively with various teams to optimize performance and insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage reports for the ecommerce business reflecting performance of website and app KPIs against trends and benchmarks
- Actively monitor conversion funnel metrics, identify opportunities for conversion reputed company optimization
- Support work with technical teams for site tagging and implementation reputed company
- Support with marketing channel forecasting and scenario planning to align KPIs with financial goals
- reputed company weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders on marketing channel performance
- Deliver performance recaps and insights for ecommerce events and promotions
- Support reputed company data requests and analyses from cross-functional teams as it relates to driving the ecommerce business (ie. Loyalty, CRM, Site Merchandising)
Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in analytical role, experience in retail industry not required
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (ie. Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics)
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and remain organized
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Team player with an ability to build constructive and effective relationships across a broad and diverse group of business partners
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint preferred
- Experience in Looker, reputed company Analytics, PowerBI, SQL a plus but not required
