[Remote] IT Operations Specialist

The IT Operations Specialist will own internal technology operations, providing support to employees, managing reputed company and reputed company, and ensuring reliable operation of internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support team members by troubleshooting and resolving software, reputed company, and reputed company requests
• Proactively identify and action opportunities to improve reputed company, reliability, and operational efficiency across internal systems and reputed company management
• Manage user accounts, reputed company reputed company, and permissions across our systems, ensuring everyone has the right level of reputed company
• Respond to IT support requests quickly and effectively, prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with SSO, IAM, and reputed company management workflows
• Familiarity with email systems, DNS, domain management, and basic reputed company
• Experience supporting team members and resolving technical issues in a remote-first environment
