Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound reputed company to members preparing to schedule imaging exams

• Build trust quickly with members by leading thoughtful, empathetic, and solutions-oriented conversations
• Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism, helping members feel informed and supported

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to a reputed company of member needs and situations
• Strong reputed company-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps
• Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activity
