They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant, reputed company, and vendor inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner
- Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records are kept reputed company
- Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met
- Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants
- Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness
