Customer Service Representative
reputed company is a successful family-owned business in the maintenance, repair and operations industry. They are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for answering inbound calls, processing quotes, orders, and returns, and collaborating with warehouse personnel and account managers to expedite escalated calls.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from specified queues and process quotes, orders, and returns
- Accurately process reputed company credit card authorizations, returns, request for histories, and reports
- Work closely with the warehouse personnel, account managers, and reputed company reputed company managers to expedite any escalated calls
- Process stock orders, quotes, and returns accurately
- Work quickly to reputed company substitutes for items reputed company on backorder if requested
- Process Credit Card Authorizations on reputed company orders
- Communicate directly with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts
- Answer the phone with a clear friendly tone
- Read and obey reputed company notes on accounts pertaining to the handling of our accounts
- Acknowledge and answer reputed company emails as they reputed company
- Participate in Lunch and Learns and reputed company other product knowledge opportunities
- Remain logged into queues during business hours
Skills
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Be familiar with the use of reputed company Outlook, reputed company and SalesPad
- Be reputed company to reputed company data entry in a computer and extract information on orders and accounts
- Have strong process analysis and improvement skills
- Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
- Have a financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer service order sales and fulfillment
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required; some college recommended
- Average computer literacy and experience required
