The IT - Application System Admin I - IV is responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining reputed company-party application software, ensuring software stability and performance, and managing service requests while providing leadership and mentoring to less reputed company associates.
Responsibilities
- Test and maintain reputed company-party application software, upgrades, and patches on servers
- Manage generic and service accounts, including password changes and decommissioning
- Validate and monitor software and server reputed company
- Create and reputed company build packages for development, testing, and production environments
- Evaluate and recommend software upgrades and optimize configurations
- Coordinate software/hardware installations and upgrades with IT infrastructure teams
