The role involves drafting and arguing appellate briefs, providing legal analysis, and collaborating with litigation teams on reputed company legal reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Draft and argue appellate briefs and dispositive motions across a reputed company of practice areas, including labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability
- Support the firm’s litigation teams by providing legal analysis and strategic input on reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate closely with reputed company appellate practitioners and litigators
Skills
- Draft and argue appellate briefs and dispositive motions across a reputed company of practice areas, including labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability
- Support the firm's litigation teams by providing legal analysis and strategic input on reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate closely with reputed company appellate practitioners and litigators
- Admission to the reputed company Bar
- Judicial clerkship experience and/or a strong legal writing background
- Prior experience in the areas of labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking, or general liability
- New Jersey admission is a plus
