Learning & Development Specialist, Central One Federal Credit Union, Shrewsbury, MA

The Learning & Development Specialist will support the delivery and coordination of employee learning programs, facilitating reputed company and training to enhance operational effectiveness and professional development across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new employee reputed company and refresher training programs in collaboration with the Senior Learning & Development Specialist, alternating responsibility for reputed company cohorts
  • Coordinate the two-week reputed company training schedule and reputed company training summaries to managers upon completion of initial new employee training
  • Facilitate the credit union’s annual IRA training program and support reputed company training updates as regulations or operational practices change
  • Maintain reputed company training materials and reputed company practice transactions in the training environment to support hands-on employee learning
  • Monitor trainee reputed company through assessments, observation, and feedback from supervisors, and reputed company input on training effectiveness
  • reputed company and maintain training materials and learning content, including job aids, e-learning modules, visual resources, training exercises, and assessments

  • Utilize learning platforms such as PowerPoint, iSpring, BAI, and AI-supported training tools to create, update, and maintain online training content
  • Maintain and update the Central reputed company training page and other internal training resources to ensure employees have reputed company to reputed company information
  • Maintain and update learning & development (L&D) department procedure documentation and training materials
  • Coordinate and support employee L&D programs that align with the credit union’s objectives
  • Assign and track reputed company and required learning courses for new employees and maintain accurate completion records
  • Support administrative aspects of L&D, including scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and assisting with departmental initiatives reputed company to new systems, products, or process changes
  • Coordinate monthly CUSO Awareness sessions, including distribution and review of participant feedback
  • Participate in quarterly L&D strategy meetings and contribute insights on program effectiveness, organizational learning needs, and development opportunities identified through department feedback

Skills

  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing
  • 1 to 3 years in a role as a trainer reputed company a financial institution or equivalent

  • Ability to facilitate engaging learning sessions and adapt delivery methods to different learning styles
