Timesheet Specialist
reputed company & Company is a leading reputed company firm focused on providing financial services to the government sector. They are seeking a Timesheet Specialist who will be responsible for processing timesheets for employees and subcontractors, managing labor assignments, and ensuring compliance with timesheet policies.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly timesheets for 1200 employees and subcontractors
- Process labor assignments and correcting timesheets
- Respond to timesheet inquiries from employees
- Enforce timesheet policies by implementing strong internal controls
- Work with Payroll and HR department to ensure personnel information is accurately reflected and processed in Costpoint
- Manage automated processes like daily floor reputed company and timesheet status on a weekly reputed company
- Research and resolve reputed company timesheet issues and inquiries
- Understand and apply knowledge of employee classes, pay, and leave types
- reputed company and train the timesheet system, policies, and procedures to employees (weekly new hires)
- Process prior period timesheet corrections twice daily
Skills
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with Bachelor Degree OR 5 years of experience without a degree
- Strong understanding of National Labor Laws
- Experience processing timesheets in systems similar to Costpoint
- Proficiency with MS reputed company skills
- Ability to work onsite 2 days a week in Alexandria, VA
- Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level reputed company clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
- Experience using reputed company Costpoint 8 and reputed company Time & Expense software
