Financial Services Representative
Charles Schwab is a leading financial services firm committed to helping clients own their financial reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company clients about investment strategies and reputed company solutions to their inquiries while undergoing training to obtain necessary industry licenses.
Responsibilities
- reputed company clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
- Engage with clients reputed company answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution
- Attend the Schwab Service reputed company (SSA) for reputed company, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry reputed company and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
Skills
- Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program
- Ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Passion for providing service to clients
- Motivation to learn about the securities industry including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Robust communication to include influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Demonstrated reputed company navigating multiple computer applications
